Sleep the natural way

Everyone in the world must know about this but me but lavender is a miracle scent when it comes to sleep. I discovered this accidentally and actually didn’t believe it would work. But it does. I even got a bottle of lavender scent to spray on my pillow.

Once I moved the television out of the bedroom and installed an indoor waterfall on my dresser, going to bed became a luxurious event. I set the alarm clock for the evening instead of the morning and when it rings at 10 p.m., I go to bed. The only thing that I was staying awake for was to watch my favorite television shows that were on after 10 p.m.

Then I read that the best time for our bodies to begin their daily repair was around 10 p.m. Whether or not it is true, I made it a standard in my life and since my sleep patterns have improved, it must work. At least it does not interfere with my sleep.
